The Dr. Lucy Lang-Chappell Housing Complex is located on land purchased by the sponsor. The elevator building has:

• 28 One-bedroom units

• 7 Two-bedroom units

• 4 Three-bedroom units

• 1 Multi-purpose (community) Room

• 1 Laundry Room

• 1 Management Office

• Social Services Coordinator Office

In order to enhance the mental stability, quality of
life, and an adequate level of functioning of the
residents of the Dr. Lucy Lang-Chappell Housing
Complex within the community, the following wrap-
around services are made available to residents:

• Individual & Group Counseling

• Case Management (Referral, Linkage, Advocacy & mSupport)

• Needs Assessment

• Monitoring

• Therapeutic Behavioral Services

• Habilitation Services

• Crisis Intervention

• Community Integration
